HP 3Par official end of M & A contract

According to coach outlet reports, HP and 3Par recently announced they have signed a definitive merger agreement, HP will be 33 dollars per share to buy storage vendor 3Par.

HP enterprise servers,coach bags,storage and networking, executive vice president Dave Donatelli said in a statement, HP will continue to invest 3Par technology. Donatelli said: "This is a victory for the acquisition, the transaction will accelerate the integration of HP's infrastructure strategy, upgrading HP to provide consumers with the highest quality solutions capabilities."

3Par president and CEO David Scott (avid Scott) said: "After becoming a part of Hewlett-Packard, 3Par storage solutions will be further enhanced. With HP's continued investment, 3Par's technology will be spread to more consumption persons. "

Hewlett-Packard,cheap coach bags and Dell in a bidding war on 3Par, Dell took the lead in the August 16 bid 18 U.S. dollars per share takeover offer 3Par. Subsequently, the two companies do not want each other, compete to raise prices. This week three, Dell will offer 32 U.S. dollars per share, enhance, and Hewlett-Packard on Thursday raised to 33 dollars per share.

Thursday, Dell announced the final giving up bid for 3Par. HP expects the transaction is expected to be completed at the end of 2010.
